Register with email verification and set up the member ID you will use for your Plant and its activity.
Prepare your GIK
Choose a Plant tier and prepare the required GIK on BNB Smart Chain. Use your personal GIK deposit address for the selected Plant action.
Build and grow
Once the required deposit is validated, activate your Plant and follow its eligible Generation. Add GIK to upgrade or expand as you grow.

Activate your Plant
Start with a 2,000, 8,000 or 15,000 GIK Plant. The GIK assigned to your selected tier activates its capacity under GRID's Plant rules.
Upgrade its tier
Move to a higher tier by adding the GIK difference: 2,000 → 8,000, 2,000 → 15,000, or 8,000 → 15,000 GIK.
Expand its capacity
After reaching 15,000 GIK, add independent 15,000 GIK expansion modules. Each module follows its own growth and Startup Boost schedule.
Generation follows eligibility, settlement and cap rules. GIK's maximum supply is not its current circulating supply; market value and liquidity are not guaranteed.

For the topics below, this supplement replaces conflicting descriptions retained in Whitepapers v0.10 and v0.11. The v0.11 revision is limited to withdrawal-burn execution. These documents record approved policy, not a notice that trading, withdrawals or Plant Generation are already active.

Reward withdrawal deductions and PO-initiated burn
Capacity-based Transmission Loss is deducted from Reward GIK withdrawals. Eligible net payouts are processed automatically, independently of burn approval. Deductions are held in separate burn custody until the PO chooses to initiate an aggregate on-chain burn through the existing 2-of-3 approval process. They are only reported as burned after chain confirmation; no fixed burn interval applies.
OTC rights stay inside the platform until withdrawal
After staff confirms an OTC credit, 100% of that purchase is recorded as locked rights for the member ID in the internal ledger, not sent on-chain at that point. The first actual CEX spot trading start releases 10%; the first 7.5% of the total allocation releases 60 days later, followed by monthly 7.5% releases for twelve releases in total. Released amounts move to Available GIK, not Reward GIK, and do not create roll-up or other network rewards.
Available GIK and the 1% external withdrawal fee
Released OTC can be used to establish Plants when that feature is enabled. External withdrawals from Available GIK carry a 1% company fee, not a burn. An OTC unlock itself is an internal ledger movement with no withdrawal fee or on-chain transfer. The external withdrawal is the point at which the recipient receives GIK on-chain.
TGE, listing and service activation are separate
TGE alone does not unlock OTC, start Plant Generation or open financial execution. Actual listing must be confirmed separately; Plant Generation starts no earlier than the following listing day under the established settlement rules. Deposits, Plant actions and external withdrawals each require separate operational activation and their applicable security checks. No listing date is announced by this supplement.

A planned marketplace for goods and services from approved sellers, where members can use GIK within GRID instead of first converting it through an external exchange.

The roadmap includes AI tools, agents, API credits and, over time, computing services. These are future service directions, following the core platform and marketplace foundation.

What is a Power Plant in GRID?
A Power Plant is a virtual asset in GRID's game-like member world. You use GIK to activate and grow it, then follow Generation under the platform's rules. It is not a claim to a physical electricity-generating facility.
What do I use GIK for?
GIK activates your first Plant, pays the difference when upgrading its tier, and adds expansion modules after the 15,000 GIK tier. Unused deposited GIK can also fund these Plant actions. Reward Balance is separate and cannot be directly reinvested inside the platform.
How does Plant Generation work?
An activated Plant first becomes eligible for Generation on the next GRID settlement day. Generation depends on its tier, growth stage, Startup Boost and eligibility, within the platform's cap rules. Building a Plant does not create immediate or unlimited Generation; the whitepaper explains the model.
What can I see in My Village?
My Village brings together your community's Plants and shared progress. Your member experience centers on your own Plants and Village, without exposing other members' private financial records.
How do member IDs work?
Registration uses email verification, with up to 10 member IDs per email—not a person-wide ID limit. Each member ID has its own sign-in and Plant activity.
Are Marketplace and AI services part of the core Plant experience?
No. The core experience centers on Power Plants and Villages. Marketplace purchases and AI tools, agents, API credits and computing are planned expansions in the whitepaper, not currently offered services or sources of promised Plant income.
